JAG is looking for a passionate experienced Retail Manager to lead and oversee four retail stores. You will be based at our new and one of our most iconic locations, Bondi Beach. As Retail Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the freestand store business, leading our teams to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving strong commercial results whilst showcasing our exclusive collections and living & breathing the JAG Brand ethos.This is your moment to profitably grow our JAG stores by creating and executing the retail strategy, focused on driving productivity and customer experience outcomes.  Build, lead and mentor passionate stores teams to exceed customer acquisition, service, profitability, and productivity targets.This is a challenging and fast paced role that requires superior communication and people skills to achieve success.  A manager able to lead from the front to empower their teams to drive exceptional levels of Brand and Customer experience.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.      SALES AND PROFITABILITYPartner with the GM JAG to implement the tailored retail strategy that maximises store profit.  Ensuring retail budgets are met or exceeded.Ensure all stores meet key targets including sales, ATV, UPT, conversion, and store-level EBITUsing store performance data to drive smart decisions and unlock new opportunities for growth Providing sales and financial guidance to store teams on a monthly b  asis.Delivering effective rosters to optimise store labour within set budgets.2.      CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEFoster a customer-centric culture ensuring outstanding Brand presentation, service, experience, and satisfaction.Implement and monitor customer feedback, addressing any issues promptly.Promoting a positive customer journey in store with well executed Brand stories.Ensuring the highest level of VM and store presentation standards.3.      TEAM LEADERSHIPLead, mentor, and develop a high-performance teams and culture while promoting harmonious working relationships in store. Recruit, train and mentor passionate retail talent across all locationsCollaborating with head office teams to implement brand initiatives and marketing activationsEnsuring effective communication and collaboration across all areas of the business.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.4.      OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENTEffective implementation of visual merchandising, store operations and presentation standards, training, and stock management strategies.Take reasonable care for your own and others health and safety.  Meet all APG & Co WHS&S requirements in all stores.  Ensuring all retail compliance audits are completed.Keep up to date and uphold current company policies, procedure, and work processes.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Sales & profitability: Consistently achieving sales targets, staffing to/ under budget and all relevant Brand financial metrics met including customer acquisition, ATV, UPT, window and in store conversion.  Team & operations: All stores consistency delivering on the highest level of presentation standards run by highly engaged and effective store management teams. Compliant with all WH&S requirements and all training completed by all team members.Customer: Achieving or exceeding customer service scoresPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESStrong leadership skills with well-development performance management ability.Strategic thinker; competent at turning strategy into action.Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills.EXPERIENCE5+ years in a similar senior retail role.
